Before I felt so sluggish and unfit and I didn’t realise how good I could actually feel when I was eating right and exercising properly. I always used to spend hours on the treadmill confused as to why the scales kept going up not down. To be honest I was nervous to do weighted exercises but their classes have given me the figure I always wanted and meant I can eat so much more than I was.
