I came to James and I said I need to have a goal and some focus for my training. I'd had a rough few years and witnessed an awful event I just needed something to focus on. James said why don't we do a photoshoot he set it up and gave me a date, at that point I felt I couldn't fail now. We had some training sessions together and I was written a programme. I put the work in and it paid off. James supported me throughout, was always on hand to give me advice and gave me tips on my nutrition. Throughout the process I totally changed my lifestyle I felt the fittest and healthiest i'd ever felt. I'm forever grateful to James as he's changed my life. 2 weeks after the shoot I found out I was pregnant. Throughout my pregnancy I trained right up until the day before I gave birth I wouldn't have been able to do this without being in the shape I was before. James is now supporting me to get my strength back and I plan to start BJJ in the new gym. Who knows I may do another shoot.

As of creating this website and offer we only have space for 15 more High Wycombe residents to secure their place, and then the waiting list will be rolled out…

You see, we’re a little bit different from a big corporate gym, a CrossFit box or Bootcamp. We DON’T cram as many people into sessions as possible. We only train people one-to-one, in small groups or group personal training.

This is uncommon in the fitness world in recent years but it works for our clients and for us, as they get better results and personal attention.
