I am a member of the small group training programme and totally love it - it’s really good value for the quality of training - The guys really know what they are doing and the programming is always well put together so you train effectively.
The gym has a great community feel and all are made to feel welcome - all fitness levels are accommodated and due to the small group setting the guys get a feel for what weights you can lift etc and help you progressively improve. I have never once had an injury as there is always a comprehensive warm up - this is the best gym I have ever trained at and I 100% recommend UVU.

As of creating this website and offer we only have space for 15 more Tewksbury residents to secure their place, and then the waiting list will be rolled out…

You see, we’re a little bit different from a big corporate gym, a CrossFit box or Bootcamp. We DON’T cram as many people into sessions as possible. We only train people one-to-one, in small groups or group personal training.

This is uncommon in the fitness world in recent years but it works for our clients and for us, as they get better results and personal attention.
