In short, no. We will start you slow but get you results fast. Our team have successfully coached hundreds of local residents to success with their health and fitness, and we can help you too.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or have experience, we’ll adapt your workouts so they’re tailored to your abilities meaning you can rest easy knowing we’ve got you covered.
6 weeks is the perfect amount of time to see drastic results in a short space of time. You’ll notice you’ve toned up in all the right places, with increased confidence levels whilst transforming your health and fitness levels.
A lot of people that come to us for the first time have pre-existing injuries but our coaching team is very experienced and endorsed by many local physios for the good work we do. We will work around any injuries you have which will make you stronger for the future without any pain or discomfort.
If you’re unable to attend physically, don’t worry we’ve got you covered! Due to the Lockdown we have incorporated online coaching along with our normal training. So you can either train with us, or from the comfort of your own home.
Yes - we’ve invested thousands in personal protective equipment. You’ll be adequately spaced apart, a deep clean happens every night and between sessions everything is wiped down to make sure hygiene is to a high level. I just want to say a big thank you again to this lady Zara Dawson. This woman has guided me over the last year especially the last 16 weeks. She's been on the other end of the phone constantly, keeping me right, mentally and physically. I've learnt so much about my body, my training and most importantly myself. When I got engaged I really wanted to lose weight for the wedding, as well as being fitter physically and mentally. So I started personal training with at Unity Fitness as well as doing a few of their other classes like Spin and Hitt. I set myself a hard goal. I ordered my wedding dress three sizes smaller than I actually was, and when everyone told me I was crazy, Zara believed in me and reassured me that with hard work and dedication that I could achieve my goal. With her constant support, weigh ins, diet plans and PT sessions tailored personally for what I needed, she has helped me attain this goal!! I cannot be more thankful to her for all of her time and effort and most of all her encouragement to never give up. It hasn’t been easy but I had the support of an AMAZING gym community.
