Tomm really seems to know his stuff. He helped me out with my training exercises, explaining the method behind it and why it is important. He took me through a few exercises, mixing it up in circuit style. Beyond this he is keen to make healthy living a lifestyle, wanting to chat about the importance of nutrition to really get the most out of your training. All in all, I got a lot out of the training, and would pass on recommendations.

As of creating this website and offer we only have space for 15 more Lewes residents to secure their place, and then the waiting list will be rolled out…

You see, we’re a little bit different from a big corporate gym, a CrossFit box or Bootcamp. We DON’T cram as many people into sessions as possible. We only train people one-to-one, in small groups or group personal training.

This is uncommon in the fitness world in recent years but it works for our clients and for us, as they get better results and personal attention.
