  • I put weight on in Lockdown and feel unfit, unhealthy and disappointed. I let myself slip, will this be too hard for me?

In short, no. We will start you slow but get you results fast. Our team have successfully coached hundreds of local residents to success with their health and fitness, and we can help you too.

  • What if I haven’t exercised in a long time or not at all?

Whether you’re a complete beginner or have experience, we’ll adapt your workouts so they’re tailored to your abilities meaning you can rest easy knowing we’ve got you covered.

  • What results can I expect to get at the end of the 12 weeks?

12 weeks is the perfect amount of time to see drastic results in a short space of time. You’ll notice you’ve toned up in all the right places, with increased confidence levels whilst transforming your health and fitness levels.

  • I have a pre-existing injury, I don’t want to make it worse or have any setbacks.

A lot of people that come to us for the first time have pre-existing injuries but our coaching team is very experienced and endorsed by many local physios for the good work we do. We will work around any injuries you have which will make you stronger for the future without any pain or discomfort.

  • What if I can’t make it into your facility for sessions?

If you’re unable to attend physically, don’t worry we’ve got you covered! Due to the Lockdown we have incorporated online coaching along with our normal training. So you can either train with us, or from the comfort of your own home.

  • Are you covid secure?

Yes - we’ve invested thousands in personal protective equipment. You’ll be adequately spaced apart, a deep clean happens every night and between sessions everything is wiped down to make sure hygiene is to a high level. In fact, the data from November tells us that you have only a 2.8% chance of catching covid in a gym compared to an 11% chance of catching it in a supermarket. (Analysis by BBC Reality Check).

Mike Hogan

Micheal or “Mike” as everyone calls him is the General Manager of Ozone Health and Fitness.
Mike leads a great team of professional trainers. He has over 11 years experience in the fitness industry.. He took on the Managers role over 7 years ago now and through his leadership and guidance Ozone has grown tremendously.

Mike’s core values are dedication, commitment and honesty; to the clients, to the staff and to the business and is always looking for member’s feedback on how we can constantly improve what we offer.

I decided to change my lifestyle. Since I stopped playing rugby I had put on 2 stone. This had to change so I booked a consultation with Mike and I haven’t looked back since. My favourite thing about having a trainer is the constant challenge there is due to the frequently changed programs. I also love seeing results which I know I could not have achieved on my own. 100% Get up and do it!!! After 3 weeks people started giving me compliments which gave me motivation to keep going. At week 5 I noticed the change in myself. I was much happier and my confidence grew as the excess weight started to go and muscle definition started to come through.


I was eating a lot of junk food, fizzy drinks and quick fix meals. It was making me super unfit. I was out kicking ball with my mates and I was getting really out of breath and I decided right there and then I needed to do something. I can now lift heavy weights that all my mates could do where I used to really struggle, it’s given me a real confidence boost. I loved the personal touch the guys gave, weekly text, call or just a chat in the gym every couple days making sure my diet was on track or I was getting my sessions done. I felt this really helped me achieve my goals because even when I had a bad day I was right back on track the following day with the guys.


I chose Ozone because other people in my job had come here and had got great results. So I thought I would come down and chat to guys and see what would suit me. It’s changed my lifestyle, it’s changed the way I look at food. It’s changed my attitude to a lot of things and I’m sleeping better. It always picks you up as opposed to being a chore.
