Vanessa Waithe - Golland
Vanessa is the owner and creator of M.A.S.K. Personal Training and has worked in fitness since 1998, though her interests in health, fitness and exercise go back much further. A keen ballet and tap dancer when very young paved the way for later pursuits which included acrobatics, track and field athletics, martial arts, body building and fitness modelling.
Vanessa’s dedication to her own training provides great inspiration to many clients, alongside a teaching style that is hugely motivating, inspirational and yields incredible results. Vanessa’s high octane teaching skills have not gone unnoticed – her clients are energised and motivated after her sessions..

As the lockdown restrictions have only recently been lifted, we want to ensure you that we will be following a strict cleaning regime between every session so that you will be training in a safe and hygienic environment at all times.
Social Distance
Coach and clients must remain a minimum of 2 metres apart at all times. There is to be a clear training area for the coach and one for the client to remain in at all times.
Equipment Handling
Equipment will be handled and cleaned/sanitised by the coach before the session with gloves and then after the session by the client and then the coach.
Hand Sanitising
Hand sanitiser and antibacterial wipes will be available for the client to use at any time.
Face Masks
Clients may bring their own face mask to train with for extra protection.
