I do have quite a busy life juggling between a day job and my acting career. I signed a contract to play a lead character in a feature movie involving a lot of nudity. I at the time wasn’t feeling confident enough with my body, so I signed up with a gym. I tried to start a diet, but I was lost and didn’t really know where to start. This is on top of being intimidated to try to lift weight (honestly look around, these guys are so big and you don’t really wanna get there with no idea of what you do). After a couple of months, I didn’t reach any weight goals. The only thing I was losing was my motivation… That’s why I reached out at Jamie.

Jamie is truly good at understanding your personal needs - we worked on bespoke programs every week in order to allow a fast slim build strength and define muscles. He is also extremely accommodating and played around my busy schedule to maintain a constant training routine.

At the beginning I was very lazy, If I could I wouldn’t come to the gym at all could be due to my lack of confidence back then but then I decided to have Jamie as my PT who will drive me through this period as I really needed support.

The best part of my training was that I had someone who listen to me what I actually say and how I do and in the same time giving me advices and teach me how to correct all the mistakes I’ve made on this path. My nutrition is the biggest issue and now i have self control and I am more aware what I eat or how much I should eat at all without cutting food I love to eat. Also, every month Jamie changed something in the plan which made it interesting. I loved every minute of my plan which I will continue now on my own.

My biggest worry before I went to Jamie was if a personal trainer was going to be worth the money. In the end I decided to take the gamble in order to improve my health, most importantly because I wanted to be able to see my children grow up and live their lives.
Soon after, I started seeing results left, right and centre. I quickly realised that his services was worth the risk. In only 3 months, I decreased my body fat percentage and surpassed my goal weight. I would have never imagined that I would have achieved my goal as fast as I did.

Initially, I wasn’t going to train during Ramadan. But Jamie really wanted me to achieve my goals and spurred me on. This showed how much he cared for me. He changed the program entirely so it was better suited for me at the time and always checked up on how I was doing with my nutrition. His knowledge of exercise and nutrition is unparalleled, and without him I don’t think I would be where I am today.

As of creating this website and offer we only have space for 15 more London residents to secure their place, and then the waiting list will be rolled out…

You see, we’re a little bit different from a big corporate gym, a CrossFit box or Bootcamp. We DON’T cram as many people into sessions as possible. We only train people one-to-one, in small groups or group personal training.

This is uncommon in the fitness world in recent years but it works for our clients and for us, as they get better results and personal attention.
