Personal Trainer, Sport and Exercise Science

As the successful candidate you’ll be reporting directly to me.

I’m a fitness expert who runs ‘Sphere Fitness’. We help all types of people look and feel at their best whilst transforming their quality of life through exercise at our studio in Maynooth.

Requirements For The Coaching Position

  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and redirecting calls as required.
  • Organising and sending out all post
  • Dealing with email enquiries and incoming post.
  • Diary management and arranging appointments
  • Invoicing support
  • Data entry
  • General office management such as ordering stationary
  • Holiday diary management

Required Skills

  • Good Communication Skills - you will be talking with my clients, who are VERY important to me. You must be comfortable conversing in-person and on the phone and know how to conduct yourself professionally.
  • People Skills And Personality - must LOVE working with people! As mentioned above you must be very comfortable working with people.
  • Organisational Skills - You must be highly organised and able to help organise the team and office.
  • Familiarity With Office Management Procedure - Must be able to help implement new procedures and adhere to existing ones.
  • Knowledge of MS Office - Especially word and excel. You will be trained on our in-house CRM.

Bonus Skills

This is not the type of job where just showing up is enough. Performance is everything to me. If you perform, you will be rewarded. I want nothing more than to find a person who takes real interest in doing good work and taking care of our office.
