Just had my final weigh in for the 6 weeks transformation and almost fell through the floor with the results! I spotted Elite months ago and put off doing it because I didn't think I'd be able to manage. All I can say is I wish I'd done it sooner! anybody who was in the same boat as me don’t put it off, get signed up it'll be the best thing you've done this year. The programme and the trainers are amazing and the amount of support you get from them and also your groups is unbelievable! I'm all signed up and looking forward to the 6th November for the next one!
