In short no. Whether you choose our 1:1 Personal Training approach or decide to join like minded individuals in our 1:8 small group Personal Training class programme, we will start you slow but get you results fast. Our coaching team have successfully coached hundreds of local residents to success with their health & fitness, and we can help you too.

  • What if I haven’t exercised in a long time or not at all?

Whether you're a complete beginner or have experience, well adapt your workouts so they're tailored to your abilities meaning you can rest easy knowing we've got you covered.

  • What results can I expect to get at the end of the 12 weeks?

12 weeks is the perfect amount of time to see drastic body transforming results and in time for the Summer! You'll notice you have toned up in all the right places, with increased confidence levels whilst transforming your health and fitness levels. Don't believe us?   • I have a pre-existing injury, I don’t want to make it worse or have any setbacks.

A lot of people that come to us for the first time, do so, due to our reputation for being specialists in dealing with pre-existing injuries. Our coaching team is very experienced in all aspects of corrective exercise and work alongside our sister company, Elevate Physiotherapy Clinic. We will work around any injuries you have which will make you stronger for the future without any pain or discomfort. Its very likely that whatever programme you choose to join, our physios maybe training right next to you.

  • Will you track my results and how do I choose between 1:1 personal training and small group 1:8 personal training classes?

Personal Training and tracking results is what we do best however we also understand that not all people require the same amount of coaching, guidance or in fact have the same budgets to invest in themselfs. For that reason our award winning personal training protocol delivers results whatever your requirements. If you are looking for a more bespoke, private and educated approach then our 1:1 programme maybe just for you, however if your looking to have all the benefits of the 1:1 approach but in a small group of like minded, supportive people at a fraction of the 1:1 cost then our Group Personal Training classes will be perfect. 

  • Are you covid secure?

Yes - we’ve invested thousands in personal protective equipment. You’ll be adequately spaced apart, a deep clean happens every night and between sessions everything is wiped down to make sure hygiene is to a high level. In fact, the data from November tells us that you have only a 2.8% chance of catching covid in a gym compared to an 11% chance of catching it in a supermarket. (Analysis by BBC Reality Check).
