Graham Low

Graham is a multi-award-winning personal trainer, recently winning the Highly Commended Health & Lifestyle Award at the 2018 Sunderland Echo Portfolio Awards. He started his PT career in Dubai, but returned home to the North East where he now helps men and women in the Seaham area to get fit, feel more energised and have more body confidence. With over 10 years personal training experience, Graham has created a friendly and welcoming fitness business where his clients can feel comfortable while working out.

As the lockdown restrictions have only recently been lifted, we want to ensure you that we will be following a strict cleaning regime between every session so that you will be training in a safe and hygienic environment at all times.

Coach and clients must remain a minimum of 2 metres apart at all times. There is to be a clear training area for the coach and one for the client to remain in at all times.

Equipment Handling

Equipment will be handled and cleaned/sanitised by the coach before the session with gloves and then after the session by the client and then the coach.

Hand sanitiser and antibacterial wipes will be available for the client to use at any time.
