  • I put weight on in Lockdown and feel unfit, unhealthy and disappointed. I let myself slip, will this be too hard for me?

In short, no. We will start you slow but get you results fast. Our team have successfully coached hundreds of local residents to success with their health and fitness, and we can help you too.

  • What if I haven’t exercised in a long time or not at all?

Whether you’re a complete beginner or have experience, we’ll adapt your workouts so they’re tailored to your abilities meaning you can rest easy knowing we’ve got you covered.

  • What results can I expect to get at the end of the 8 weeks?

8 weeks is the perfect amount of time to see drastic results in a short space of time. You’ll notice you’ve toned up in all the right places, with increased confidence levels whilst transforming your health and fitness levels.

  • I have a pre-existing injury, I don’t want to make it worse or have any setbacks.

A lot of people that come to us for the first time have pre-existing injuries but our coaching team is very experienced and endorsed by many local physios for the good work we do. We will work around any injuries you have which will make you stronger for the future without any pain or discomfort.

  • What if I can’t make it into your facility for sessions?

If you’re unable to attend physically, don’t worry we’ve got you covered! Due to the Lockdown we have incorporated online coaching along with our normal training. So you can either train with us, or from the comfort of your own home.

  • Are you covid secure?

Yes - we’ve invested thousands in personal protective equipment. You’ll be adequately spaced apart, a deep clean happens every night and between sessions everything is wiped down to make sure hygiene is to a high level. In fact, the data from November tells us that you have only a 2.8% chance of catching covid in a gym compared to an 11% chance of catching it in a supermarket. (Analysis by BBC Reality Check).

I have had a battle with my weight and fitness over several years. I have tried several gym’s and other programmes but nothing was able to provide a long term solution. I joined Dynamix as they offer a complete package of diet, fitness and lifestyle followed by ongoing support for as long as I am a member of the Dynamix family. When first joining I underwent a full physical assessment followed by a review of my current diet. Using this information as a foundation Dynamix then compiled a recommended programme of diet and exercise. Having played rugby for a number of years I found I'd finally reached the point of "retiring". I still wanted to train and get fit but was unsure of how to approach this. That was when I contacted Dynamix and their "transformation academy. To say they don’t leave anything unchecked is an understatement. They measured my body composition, discussed my goals and set about giving me both direction and encouragement. Having an instructor guide you through the training process is great if, like me, you don't want to plough through reams of conflicting information on the internet, you just want to "get on with it". I joined Dynamix after attempting to play football with my work colleagues and after only 20 mins having to come off. The next day I went in to see Kia and his team and asked for some help, I was told if I stick to the food plan and training regime I would see effects fast. I stuck to the both and within 12 months i was in the best shape of my life. I could now have a kick around with my two teenage sons and found a new confidence in my appearance. The staff are fantastic at Dynamix and couldn’t be more helpful, that along with the best equipment in the area made it a pleasure to go each time. One of the great parts of being a Dynamix member is the access to the nutritional side of things, I was given a plan that included 5-6 meals a day of great food of different varieties and this along with the training helped me reach my goals in a very short space of time. The lessons I have Learned about what foods are good and what you have to eat in smaller portions has meant I have ballooned back to my original weight after coming off my plan. I take great pride in being associated with what I feel is the best gym in the area.
