I’ve always struggled with commitment to any form of fitness activity, I would get bored or not see any results. However that changed with BMF, I originally joined to up my fitness level for an event I was taking part in, but stayed because it was something I found I loved. It’s challenging, fun and very, very rewarding, the people you train with are so welcoming and encouraging which makes going to a session something to look forward to.  The instructors are top of their game and get the very best from you, and no two sessions are ever the same. It is absolutely the best thing I ever did joining BMF and I can’t imagine life without it.

As of creating this website and offer we only have space for 15 more Beckenham and Croydon residents to secure their place, and then the waiting list will be rolled out…

You see, we’re a little bit different from a big corporate gym, a CrossFit box or Bootcamp. We DON’T cram as many people into sessions as possible. We only train people one-to-one, in small groups or group personal training.

This is uncommon in the fitness world in recent years but it works for our clients and for us, as they get better results and personal attention.
