As of creating this website and offer we only have space for 15 more Midhurst residents to secure their place, and then the waiting list will be rolled out…

You see, this course is a little bit different from our usual bootcamp-style group training sessions. We will only accept a limited number of applicants onto this programme so that we can train one-to-one or in smaller groups.

This is uncommon in the fitness world in recent years but it works for our clients and for us, as they get better better results and personal attention.
