I was introduced to Jamie through a friend, who looks amazing after attending his sessions. I have never enjoyed going to the gym as I always felt intimidated and wasn’t confident using weights or the equipment. Since attending both private and semi-private sessions with Jamie I have lifted weights I never thought I could, I even did my first press-ups from the floor and he has given me the confidence in myself to achieve the goals I have set. As of creating this website and offer we only have space for 15 more Hawarden residents to secure their place, and then the waiting list will be rolled out…

You see, we’re a little bit different from a big corporate gym, a CrossFit box or Bootcamp. We DON’T cram as many people into sessions as possible. We only train people one-to-one, in small groups or group personal training.

This is uncommon in the fitness world in recent years but it works for our clients and for us, as they get better results and personal attention.
