FAQ About The 6 Week Summer Revamp Programme

  • I put weight on in Lockdown and feel unfit, unhealthy and disappointed. I let myself slip, will this be too hard for me?

In short, no. We will start you slow but get you results fast. Our team have successfully coached hundreds of local residents to success with their health and fitness, and we can help you too.

  • What if I haven’t exercised in a long time or not at all?

Whether you’re a complete beginner or have experience, we’ll adapt your workouts so they’re tailored to your abilities meaning you can rest easy knowing we’ve got you covered.

  • What results can I expect to get at the end of the 6 weeks?

6 weeks is the perfect amount of time to see drastic results in a short space of time. You’ll notice you’ve toned up in all the right places, with increased confidence levels whilst transforming your health and fitness levels.

  • I have a pre-existing injury, I don’t want to make it worse or have any setbacks.

A lot of people that come to us for the first time have pre-existing injuries but our coaching team is very experienced and endorsed by many local physios for the good work we do. We will work around any injuries you have which will make you stronger for the future without any pain or discomfort.

  • What if I can’t make it into your facility for sessions?

If you’re unable to attend physically, don’t worry we’ve got you covered! Due to the Lockdown we have incorporated online coaching along with our normal training. So you can either train with us, or from the comfort of your own home.

  • Are you covid secure?

Yes - we’ve invested thousands in personal protective equipment. You’ll be adequately spaced apart, a deep clean happens every night and between sessions everything is wiped down to make sure hygiene is to a high level. In fact, the data from November tells us that you have only a 2.8% chance of catching covid in a gym compared to an 11% chance of catching it in a supermarket. (Analysis by BBC Reality Check).

I truly loved doing the challenge it’s was just brilliant I was so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone & pushed myself. When I signed up for the challenge I had just returned to work following maternity leave. Prior to having my son I went to the gym on a regular basis but after having him I felt unfit, overweight and unhappy with my appearance so I thought I would give the challenge a try.
For me the biggest challenge would be food....I love food!! and I ate far too much ? I found the food on the challenge much better than expected....it came with some challanges but the meal plans were easy to stick to, there was also plenty of support from all the PT's and other challenge members. I never went hungry!! ?

I have always struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember, I’ve trained at many gyms and always yo-yoed, until I found 4fitt!
I took the plunge and changed gyms and thank god I did, I love everything about this gym. Within my first week all the trainers knew who I was and remembered my name! Throughout my first 9 weeks I had so much support from trainers and members. I felt so welcomed and at home. The trainers are constantly pushing you and encouraging you to push yourself.
The classes are amazing, enjoyable and very challenging. I couldn’t believe the results I got in just 9 weeks.
I can’t recommend 4fitt enough, I’m now a regular attendee to classes and have made some great friends!
